Are the rooms at the Hotel Schlehdorn accessible to people with disabilities?

Our hotel is accessible, and the rooms can be easily reached via elevators. Some of our rooms are partially accessible, but not fully accessible. Please note that, unfortunately, the spa is not accessible. There is no accessible restroom.

What services are included?

A generous breakfast buffet, our daily health buffet (except on the day of departure), free parking in front of the hotel, access to the over 1,000-square-meter Black Forest Spa, free Wi-Fi, public transportation (with the Konus Card), and other extras.

Where is smoking allowed?

Smoking is permitted outdoors. Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel’s interior, including the guest rooms and restaurants.

Do all the rooms have a balcony?

All of our rooms have a balcony or a terrace.

Do the rooms have bathtubs?

Not all of our rooms are equipped with a bathtub. Please understand that, within a given category, we will note your preference for a bathtub or shower, but cannot guarantee it.

What amenities (hair dryer, safe, minibar) can I expect?

A hair dryer and a safe are standard in every room. We’d be happy to make a note of your request for a minibar.

Do you provide cribs?

Yes, we’re happy to provide a crib in the room for our youngest guests.

Are the rooms equipped with air conditioning?

Due to our idyllic location in the Black Forest and the building’s construction, only a few of our rooms have air conditioning. However, the fresh Black Forest air usually ensures pleasant nighttime temperatures, even in summer.
