The rooms are available from 4 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is until 11 am on the day of departure.
Dogs are more than welcome here! Please officially register your pet when you make your reservation. Please note that dogs are only permitted if advance notice is given and they are provided with a dog bed or blanket. Dogs must always be kept on a leash inside the building, and they are not permitted in the wellness area.
We ask that your dog follow our dog house rules (PDF).
We accept the following means of payment: cash, EC card, MasterCard, VisaCard and V-Pay.
You will find free parking spaces around the hotel with direct access to our main and side entrances.
We are happy to offer our guests a shuttle from the surrounding train stations to our hotel for the day of arrival and departure on request up to 48 hours before arrival. The transfer to Altglashütten station is free of charge, to Titisee station we will be happy to take you for a fee. Please let us know your arrival time one day before arrival. Please note that this service is only available on request and subject to availability.
Free WIFI is available throughout our hotel. If you have any technical questions or problems, please contact reception.

If you need an extra pillow or blanket, you can request this from our colleagues at reception.
To help protect the environment, rooms are cleaned only after you have checked out. However, we ensure your comfort every day by making the beds, taking out the trash, and replacing any towels left on the bathroom floor. We are happy to offer daily room cleaning on request.

To book a spa treatment, we recommend that you make an early request. You can book your spa treatment either by e-mail to hotel@schlehdorn.de or via our inquiry form.
A spa basket containing a bathrobe, a bath towel and a sauna towel per person is available for all our guests in each room on arrival. Please always take it back to your room, the housekeeper will change the towel for a fresh one on request. We can also provide you with disposable bath slippers at reception.

On request and for a fee, you have the option of renting an e-bike for your active vacation during the summer months. Please note that the bikes are available from a height of 1.40m. Unfortunately, we cannot offer children’s bikes on site.
You can borrow a hiking rucksack for your tours from your room. Hiking tips for excursions in the Black Forest are available at reception.
With the KONUS guest card, our hotel guests benefit from free use of buses and trains. You will receive this when you check in.
